What we collect

Your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, country, the service you request, preferred dates, your birth date, time and place (for consultations), your questions, and your correspondence with us. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers; we may receive limited transaction information such as your name, email address, amount paid and payment reference. We do not receive or store your full card number or UPI credentials.

Why we use it

To reply to requests, schedule and deliver consultations and courses, send access links, issue confirmations, provide support, handle refunds and disputes, keep records the law requires, and prevent fraud. Birth details are used solely to prepare your reading. If you subscribe to research notes, your email address is used only to send them; you can unsubscribe at any time.

How we protect it

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect personal information, including access controls, secure communications and account security measures. Access to consultation and customer information is limited to persons who need it to provide or support the requested service.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with service providers reasonably required to provide the service — payment processors, Zoom or another video-conferencing provider, email/form services and digital-content delivery providers — or where required by law.

International transfers

We operate from Canada. Information about clients in India, the United States and other countries is transferred to and processed in Canada and in the countries where our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards.

Retention

Booking and financial transaction records may be retained for up to seven years where required for tax, accounting, dispute-resolution or legal purposes. Consultation-related information, including birth details and notes, is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the requested service and maintain appropriate client records. You may request deletion, subject to records we are legally or reasonably required to retain.

Your rights and contact

You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days.
